Yea, that is WAY more time than I am that the only piece of their gear that has enchantment slots left is their Skyrim; Adding & Modifying Enchantments Mod? Steam Workshop: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. This mod makes Extra effect to add 10 enchantment slots insted of two. I made this mod, because some people ask me about it.
More Armor Enchantment options needed!
You will be able to study magic scrolls and learn how to apply their magic to your weapons and armor. If all you do is manipulate your enchanting skill, then the resistance percentage for both Resist Frost and Resist Shock would still end up the exact same number. What you're asking for is a mod that doesn't take into consideration your skill in enchanting. I posted this question in the stickied mod thread.. The variables will always be the same.
I mean, the traditional armor enchantment boosts are already in the game, they're just tied to the traits. If you want to waste cash on that? The problem is actually kinda simple. Because it's an MMO, you need to be somewhat careful what tools you give the player access to. Armor already carries two enchantments in game now. The way this works is you craft an enchant boosting potion.
Run this back and forth repeatedly, and eventually you get to the point where you can make absurd enchantments. It completely breaks the game. Ironically, you can even start earlier, and beat out the game's internal limits, without needing to max those skill lines. And that, is how you break Skyrim. So, why is armor enchanting limited the way it is? It's to prevent you from creating an unintended interaction, or amplifying it to the point that you'd fully break the game.
You have 3 enchanting slots that have interesting effects, and 7 stat ups. Those stat ups are basically impossible to break. But, some of the jewelry enchants would open the door to some really messed up situations. Yes, the most useless skill in the game, until you can recover your health faster than most players can quaff a potion?
You didn't think of that, probably. And, before you say, "well if anyone can do it," yes, but, if there is only one legitimate choice in a given situation, then there is an inter character balance issue. Not to be confused with an intracharacter balance issue. The whole skyrim-uber-OP-rotation-exploittemejigger thingy was based around a Equipment crafting potions combined with potion crafting equipment.

You can now enchant all clothing and armor with any known enchantment. For example, you can enchant your boots, gauntlets, cuirass, shield, helmet, and jewelry with Fortify Alchemy.
No longer are enchantments available only to specific types of clothing and armor. You can now enchant all clothing and armor with Backstab and Fortify Shout. You can now disenchant the following items: All enchanted weapons and armor will be properly disenchantable. All enchantments unlocked through disenchanting will be leveled enchantments. They will not grow in power with your Enchanting skill level. Your Enchanting skill level will determine whether you can learn an enchantment and from what source you can learn the enchantment.
Additional leveled enchantments will be learned through magic scrolls. You will be able to study magic scrolls and learn how to apply their magic to your weapons and armor. Scaling enchantments that grow in power with your Enchanting skill level will be learned through rare books hidden around Skyrim.
Activate the mod using your chosen mod manager. How much easier can this get? Please stop asking me for instructions.
Added Backstab and Fortify Shout. Also fixed clothing enchantments bug. Weapon enchantments continue to be restricted to weapons. This is a hardcoded limitation. Enchantments are for either weapons or armor, not both. Bug reports and feedback Please let me know if you find any bugs. I already looked into unlocking weapon enchantments for clothing and armor, so don't ask!
